Return Policy
- Any returns must be accompanied by a RA (Return Authorization). Any phone that does
not have a RA number will be refused.
- The customer must contact us within 30 days of the purchase date to obtain a RA
number.
- The phone must have less than 30 minutes of talk time and be in new condition to
be eligible for return.
- We will not take any returns for damaged or corroded phones.
- Please make sure the phones will work on the network that you plan to use them on.
If you are unsure, please contact us with the name of the network, and the phone
you are interested in.
- Any phones returned due to buyer remorse will incur a 30% re-stocking fee.
- After 30 days from date of purchase, the customer must contact the manufacturer
for warranty repair.
